We're very excited to reveal where the SILVA Great Lakeland 3Day™ will be heading this year. As ever only the Event Centre will be announced beforehand, leaving the overnight camps a closely-guarded secret until you collect your map at event registration! So where is it? Here's a clue…

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that the 2021 SILVA Great Lakeland 3Day™ event – due to take place on 1st-3rd May – has been postponed until the Summer bank holiday weekend on 28-30th August 2021.

“Everyone at Ourea Events is working very hard to ensure that, if restrictions allow, we will be ready to deliver our events later this year. Any other approach simply guarantees failure. If we sat on our hands now waiting until the government announced that events could proceed again, then there would be no chance of us being ready when restrictions are relaxed” 

Join us in the Lake District on 1st-3rd May, 2021 for a special 3-day mountain journey. Enjoy some excellent running, beautiful mountains, tasty cake and super camping in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Like us we are sure that you are all acutely aware of the COVID-19 pandemic and how it may influence events like the 2021 edition of the SILVA Great Lakeland 3Day. At this stage (still eight months before the 2021 edition) we’d like to reassure you that managing the COVID-19 risk to everyone involved in the event is top of our priority list.

We are happy to announce that entries are open for the 2021 SILVA Great Lakeland 3Day™, taking place on the early May bank holiday weekend - May 1st-3rd 2021.

Despite our very best efforts and mitigation planning, we no longer believe it is feasible to go ahead with the SILVA Great Lakeland 3Day™ this August, and we are postponing the event until 1st-3rd May 2021.
